The Runaways – Watch The Full Movie Now!

The Runaways is the story of a revolutionary all-girl rock band that found fame in the late 1970’s.  The movie is based on Cherie Currie’s autobiography, Neon Angel.  In the movie Currie’s character is played by Dakota Fanning.  After the movie screened Currie was so happy with Fanning’s performance that she publicly stated that Dakota was her favourite actress of all time.

The other big actress in this movie is Kristen Stewart (Twilight, Adventureland).  Stewart plays Joan Jett who is the most well known musician in the band.  Stewart really took her role to heart spending a lot of time with Jett before filming in order to try to act as much like the rock star as possible.  If you can rate a performance solely based on the pictures from filming and the trailer I would expect Stewart will receive plenty of praise for this movie.
